Blog #1: First Try

Hello and have a Happy New Year! I don't typically write blogs but I'll give this one a shot. I'm Vincent the Doberman and I'm glad you've stumbled into this site. As I'm writing, the site is still unfinished and unpolished, and I need to figure out how to make it more presentable. Stay tuned for more updates in the future!
In the first 10 days of 2026, things are already not looking so great politically in the US, so instead I'm gonna start off with something light-hearted. This morning at 2am, it was my first time trying out the classic American cuisine: a Hungry Man frozen dinner:
I ate it while watching Fredrik Knudsen's video of Time Cube and yep, it's one of the worst frozen meals I've ever had in my life. To be honest, it's not really foul, it's just underwhelming, despite having a shit ton of salt. The brownie was rubbery. The mashed potatoes felt like slushies. The salisbury steak surprisely kinda had that comfortable taste of school cafeteria food in the sense that you're eating some mysterious concoction that's supposed to resemble meat. The green beans were the only thing that felt real.

Blog #2: Long Break

Hey so long story short, I moved out of my old home and it was one of the most stressful moments I have ever dealt with in my life. That's partially the reason why this site hasn't been updated as much as it used to. Hopefully during this summer, I can get some work done here.
I just wanna get this out of my mind and write this rant. Oh boy, it's political. I hate Donald Trump, I hate the Republican party, and you can bet your ass once he's gone away, many of his collegues and supporters will claim they have never liked the guy. I specifically want to talk about the war with Iran that we got ourselves into since February 28, 2026. Trump literally campaigned on "no new wars," but the US started invading countries like Venezuela and bombed Iran after negotiationing with them. For fuck's sakes, they changed the Department of Defense to DEPARTMENT OF WAR! I am so tired of this cycle where Trump will throw a fit on Truth Social, Iran gets bombed, he'll then say that we got the best peace deal ever, but actually the deal isn't good enough so Iran gets attacked, rinse, repeat. I swear if BIDEN DID ANY OF THIS BULLSHIT, Trump voters will rightfully criticize him, but instead he's just their perfect cult leader... ugh.

Blog #3: Born in the USA

Happy 250 years since America's Independence! Out of all of the countires I could've been born at, it's insanely lucky that I was born in the United States. It is a huge privilege to have the opportunities in this country because both of my parents took a leap of faith to move out of their country to have a new life here. Not a fan of the current administration but hey at least for now, I have the freedom to complain about the government whenever I want to and that's something you can't do in so many places. I wish this nation is more interested in maintaining democracy and making it easier for regular folks like me to earn a living wage so that they can afford to choose whatever they want to do out of life as long as they're not hurting anyone.
Yesterday I can barely move for most of the day because of the scorching heat (thanks climate change). Then all of a sudden, there's multiple lightning strikes and strong winds blowing in the air. What a way to end the holiday. Here's some chilidog that I've made:

Blog #4: Well well well

It ain't good being a Brazilian fan during the World Cup. To be honest from my perspective, most players from the Brazilian team are lagging behind, needing the help from Vini Jr and Neymar to carry them along. I have feared that the match between Brazil and Norway is not gonna be easy and sadly that's the case. Oh Haaland is such a troll. I love the memes where they replace Terry Crews' face with Vini's and one of the white chicks with Haaland's face (White Chicks is really popular in Brazil).



I went to a watchparty with a large Brazilian population in the neighborhood to watch this match. Even though I'm more of a quiet, introverted person, I love the passion Brazilian fans give off for their favorite team. It didn't feel so good when that kind energy died out because of the end result. I was hoping the Mexican team can cheer me up that same day but no.. they have lost too against England. Out of all of the teams that are still playing in the World Cup, I think I want to cheer for Norway. Despite kicking Brazil's ass, I like Haaland's vibe. I want him to beat England. I thought I might cheer for the USA team but then Trump have to ruin it. Trump called FIFA President Gianni Infantino to revoke a red card that the American player, Folarin Balogun, has gotten because he thinks it's very unfair. They ACTUALLY let that player play the match today against Belgium (which they lost). I'm aware FIFA is corrupt but DAMN. Imagine if the King of English did some shit like that for the England team. I'm still gonna watch the game but barely because I don't have much teams to root for.

Blog #5: Fifa World Cup 2026

2026 is the first year where I actively participate into watching the Fifa World Cup and it was pretty fun. I've always had an interest for soccer since I was little because I grew up watching the sport with my Brazilian parents. Admittedly, I don't have a favorite Brazilian soccer team cause I don't really care so don't ask me if I'm Team Vasco or Team Flamengo. During the World Cup, I would keep up with some matches, watch some memes, and going outside a few times for a watchparty. There's so many cool moments, disappointments, and laughter along the way that I want to type down some of the highlights from the game.
The best match of the game in my opinion is Argentina vs Cabo Verde. This is the first time that Cabo Verde has ever been qualified to join the World Cup so there's plenty of people, including me, who loves the cheer for the underdog team. I ain't an Argentina fan, never will be. It was a pretty nice long match. Vozinha is such a goat. He's the goalie who's been catching left and right of Messi's shit, but sadly it's not enough to win the game. Cabo Verde didn't win the match but that doesn't mean the fans will forget about their resilient efforts.
The last match of the World Cup was something. None of my favorite teams have made it to the finals so it's more of me begrudgingly supporting Spain to kick Argentina's ass. At first, the match was kinda boring cause it's just two team passing the ball for a while until Argentina starts getting desperate. This is the darker side of the Argentinian team I wasn't exposed to that much til that point where they're known to play DIRTY. Many of them including Messi would purposely kick and shove against Spanish team players, I thought it's so over for them. That's until one Argentinian player, Enzo Fernández, got too cocky, he charged into Spanish player, Pau Cubarsi, like Charger from Left 4 Dead that it sent him flying in the air before crashing down. Bruhhh the situation has to go THAT FAR to get the referee's attention to call out a red flag on him. Because of that fuck up, it quickly became clear that the Spanish team is going to take an easy win. During their victory photoshoot, Donald fucking Trump just has to be in frame with them. While I was taking some photos from this live event, I even was like, "GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY!" Eventually, the president of FIFA has to slowly dragged him away. If that's not bad enough, some of the Argentinian players are starting a whole brawl against Spanish players after the game was over. It was a mess and I love it.
